I want to keep this as brief as possible because I truly believe there is nothing gained by talking and moaning about evil people.
I caught one of the pharmacists that works for me stealing from the pharmacy.
I reported this to some people senior to me which triggered an investigation.
This pharmacist then made a four page grievance against me and another pharmacist that works for me. Accusing me of ridiculous things like bullying, divide and conquer, you name it she said it.
Because of this “grievance” her investigation had to be postponed until I was investigated.
Because it so long for my stupid company to sort everything out, her stuff fell “out of process” so she recieved what I believe an extremely minimal punishment.
She then went off work for 6 months because of the “stress” of the situation so me and my other colleague she accused had to work her shifts.
She then came back and just sat in the store manager’s office for 6 weeks on her shifts while we were running up and down serving and dispensing like dogs because she was too “emotionally overwhelmed” to work. Still to this day no one has explained to me the true outcome of it all, I found out from some next people that she is working in another store and I say good riddance I hope I never have to see this person ever again.

Steady month this month spent a lot of time regarding rebalancing two more months will most likely be required to rebalance completely.
Chuffed in general with our first financial year progress. Who knows where we will be next year!!!
