Ok people this is the second time we are doing a net worth check with the Covid-19 cloud raining down on us.

Let’s get straight into business

Debt + Liabilities

£161,455 (Mortgage on the flat)

£40000 (Dad)

Total = £-201,455

Assets

Positive Assets

Cash = £1838.23 (Liquid)

Stocks and Share ISA=£23,950(Liquid)

Gold – £4099.91 (Liquid)

Tesco Shares Value -£58,762.70  (Not liquid)

Total = £88,650.84

Actual Net Worth = £ – -107,541 @ 13/02/2020

Actual Net Worth = £ – -112,804.16 @ 09/04/2020

Another 4.77% drop in my net worth. Again considering allllllllllllllllllll the hysteria all the “are we at the bottom?” “Can we recover?” “the market has so much more to drop!”.

I still ain’t that mad.

The rules are always the same, am I in debt? No

Am I investing money that I need? No

Has it been 10 years since you’ve started? No

Then it’s all good.

I have been saying for three years, all I have ever read is that a recession is on it’s way, it’s here now, so now the next buzzword topic I will have to mentally negotiate is “VOLATILITY”.

Shit no doubt is going to get wild as fuck and I think it’s really important that I stay as balanced as possible and just drip feed on the monthly as I always have and done.

I wanna say a big shout out to my guy who survived Covid, just came out of hospital yesterday and is now resting and recovering for the next 6 weeks, you a stud congrats on surviving and congrats on being part of the HERD!!! lolol

Next week I’m definitely going to be in my positive mode again, I’ve defo put on a lot of weight so i’ll need to attack all this again.

You either part of the few or the many ………2020.
