What is happening, my party people?!!!!!!! Hope everyone is safe and well. So we are beginning to approach the 4th of JULY our very own version of “Independance day”.
I don’t really have many thoughts running through my head to be honest I don’t particularly feel aggrieved about anything and not really excited about anything either.
I know I you my followers a net worth update so here goes:
Debt + Liabilities
£161,455 (Mortgage on the flat)
£40000 (Dad)
Total = £-201,455
Assets
Positive Assets
Cash = £2000 (Liquid) A side note on this later!
Stocks and Share ISA= £26418.29(Liquid)
Gold – £4,409.18 (Liquid)
Tesco Shares Value -£59937.50 (Not liquid)
Total = £95,145.85
Actual Net Worth = £ – -106,309.15 @ 29/05/2020
Actual Net Worth = £ – -108,690.03 @ 30/06/2020
2.19% drop, but honestly it is actually not, “why?” I hear you ask.
Well for two reasons the first is I need to keep cash aside ( a concept called saving and not spending) so I’m throwing money into my mum’s current account and told her “UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU TO GIVE ME MY MONEY WHEN I ASK FOR IT” lololololo. So i don’t have access to my mums account so I can’t give you an accurate cash value.
It’s the only way I can stop spending at times guys you feel me?
The second reason is I have to cough up some money on my flat (sort out some damp and insulation issues) within the next two to three months, so I might as well not considerate in my net worth because it’s money that it already spent.
Unlike these wasteman debt companies I will not become an “unusual expenses” or “expenses and amortization” kinda guy.
Ima finna run everything as legit as possible.
Right, another episode of the Wire to watch, did I tell you guys it’s the best thing I’ve ever watched, like ever……?
